Water pressure pump

Pumps for increasing water pressure are also improperly called autoclave pumps. These are electric pumps that are able to take drinking water (or non-drinking water, but not alternately) and increase the pressure so that there are no problems when using several utilities at the same time, e.g. when showering and watering the garden.

Pumps for increasing water pressure in the home are surface-mounted centrifugal pumps that also draw water from the mains (where the law permits this, otherwise a special tank is needed) and increase the pressure, or keep it constant even with several consumers (taps) open. They may or may not have an expansion vessel and electronics for more comfort.
